The Christian experience of coming to faith in Jesus Christ and living for Him is an experience of the power and presence of the Holy Spirit. God has given us His written Word and His Spirit, to live within us and guide us into all truth. The active presence of the Spirit was expected and manifested in the early church. One of the things that differentiated the early church from the church today is this dynamic awareness of the presence of the Holy Spirit in the individual believer and among the gathered church. The early church was comprised of people of the Spirit.
In this series we will explore Jesus’ relationship with the Spirit and the experience of the Spirit found in the early church. We are praying for an increase in expectation and manifestation in our fellowship with the Spirit.
